Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful, lovely, and clean, but there were issues with the housekeeping as used towels were not replaced during my 7-night stay. On the positive side, the staff went above and beyond to fulfill a special request for me and my partner, which we greatly appreciated. However, the presence of mold on the walls, windowsill, and ceiling was definitely a downside to our stay.
The hotel had nice and clean rooms with lots of tea and coffee making facilities, free WiFi, and free secure parking. The ground floor room was convenient for easy access to the carpark, though it could have been a bit warmer considering the heating times and energy cost price rises, which were understandable.
The hotel provided a warm, light, clean, and attractive room that looked like a youth hostel room but was advertised as a hotel. Inside the room, everything was spotless and comfortable, making it a cozy stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the service felt like a steal for the price offered. The location was convenient for exploring local points of interest, and the dining options were very tasty. Overall, a pleasant stay with great value for money.
